American has spoken, now that the 2008 election is in its twilight, I am happy that it is over. Did black people finally get what they been yearning for? Can we finally move on and get over the AmeriKKKa is racist mantra. I hope my people can put the nail in the coffin and move on. While there is cause for major celebration for one man you put into the annals of our history books. I caution people that fight to improve our streets, our health, and our education rests upon our shoulders and not the next President. Black America we still have work to do in places like Detroit, Baltimore, Atlanta, Chicago and DC. As duty calls I always put country first, not before God or my savior Jesus for through them I no weapon against me shall prosper and faith is what drives my hope and not from man.
My unconditional support for country and my commander in chief will remain steadfast. Like it always has especially throughout the personal sacrifice I have made. I challenge those to protect and defend our great country and ensure President Obama is successful at living up to the oath of office. Surely I will, although I am a conservative who votes Republican………….. I am an American first.
Let us pray for our next President
God Bless America!!!
