View Article  Hillary's Running Mates

Matt Lewis at Townhall.com has a list of possible VP’s for Hillary. (here) His list includes Evan Bayh (former Indiana governor), Mark Warner (former Virginia governor), Bill Richardson (Hispanic governor New Mexico) and Barack Obama just to name a few.

As much as most of my fellow brothers and sisters I’ve talk to would like to see an Hillary/Obama ticket, it won’t happen.  Why? because Hillary has 90 percent of the black vote locked up so what does Barack Obama bring to the table (the muslim vote?) She doesn’t need him.  Since her husband was the 1st black President all she has to do is dispatch him to black neighborhoods and churches to secure her loyal base. Although Hillary claims to admire Fredrick Douglass she will not think twice about adding an African American to the ticket like Victoria Claflin Woodhall  did when she was the first woman to run for President of the United States with Fredrick Douglass as her VP

She needs the Hispanic (legal and illegal) vote more than the black vote.  Bill Richardson is possible chose with the the Mayor of Los Angeles a dark horse (pardon the pun) but his infidelities might be a liability.

The southern and bible belt vote is out of the picture but Mark Warner and Evan Bayh will make a good choice. Even the current Governor of Maryland (or as I call him the failed mayor of Baltimore who was promoted) is probably on the list.  We all know that he wants that VP job just by the way he sucks up to the Clintons.

Wesley Clark name has been put out there, she does need military credibility because National Defense will be one of the major issues for 2008.  The former General is no Ike.

If she wants to go that route with a retired military officers then the ideal ones would be retired four star general Anthony Zini or Major General John Batiste, both vocal critics of the war.

No matter who she picks ………  It won’t be a black person.

My Skins got their rear ends handed to them.  The major complaint was that the Patriots ran up the score.  As much as we want to make football a gentlemen sport, to be quite frank….It is not.  I knew the Patriots were awesome and any sane person would have picked them to destroy the Skins. Call me crazy all you want,  my loyalty is to my team and I expect them to win every week, just any other fan should with their team.  Those guys get paid real well to win.  As Vince Lombardi once said “Winning isn’t everything; its the only thing”

I  am troubled by complaints  that the Patriots ran the score up,  If the Skins didn’t like it they should have stop it.  Save the embarrassment and do something about it.

Pride matters!

Loyalty is my watchword,  Yes the Skins are 16 point underdogs to the Patriots, but so what.  They will beat the socks off New England, as a die hard you stick by your team no matter what.

I even benched Tom Brady in my fantasy football league because my loyalty to my Redskins comes first.   Just like the Patriots I  am undefeated also (Thanks Tom) so to my buddy in my league that has to play me, you now have a possible chance to beat me.

Last week I went 10–4 bring my record to 70–33

All I can to say is Damn!  Can they sing or what.  I allays tell my dad that he had the greatest music to listen to growing up.  I am truly a big Temptation fan.  Paul Williams is my favorite Temp but David Ruffin had one of the greatest voices ever.  Just listen to him sang on “Losing You”, “Your my Everything”, “I wish it would rain”, and “Sorry is a Sorry Word” .

The Supremes look so damn fine, (I wish they could have shown a close up of Mary and Flo..

Last week my Skins blew the game against Green Bay and lost.  My man Santana (not Carlos but the other good Moss in the NFL) had one of his worse games ever.  I look for him to rebound against the Cardinails in a big way.  I went 7 -6 last week bringing my overall record to 60 -29 for the season.   Was that great or what seeing those Cowgirls destroyed by the Patriots

Woman Gets 18 Months In Death of Newborn - washingtonpost.com.

“Yesterday, reality came into sharp focus for Griever, a former child-care worker, as a Montgomery County judge sentenced her to 18 months in jail for delivering a full-term baby girl into a toilet last summer and doing nothing to keep her alive as the newborn made "gurgling" noises and moved around.”  (Washington Post)

If this had been a dog, there would have been outrage to level you seen with PETA with regards to Michael Vick.  It is a damn shame that she will get less time than Michael Vick for killing an INNOCENT DEFENSELESS” newborn baby.

Assuming that Vick  will get the maximum.

I am against treating animals inhumanely, but damn when a newborn human baby is murdered in this fashion I want to see justice served to the mother murdered her child.   12 to 20 years would have been enough time for her sit in prison.

Last week I went 7–7 , by far one of the worst weeks I have had so far.  My record is is 41 -21 which is ok but it can be better.  This week my Skins are back to play Detroit.  The Lions will get a taste of Capitol Punishment in front of over 90,000 rabid Skins fans sing “Hail to the Redskins”  This week I am picking mostly the home teams except the Cowboys (yuck)  My hatred for the Cowboys doesn’t prevent me from picking them against Buffalo. (Although I will be happy if they lose)
