This monster is being held for savagely beating the 83 year old woman who is a vendor at the Foggy Bottom Metro station in Washington DC

According to court Documents:

The man’s name is James Dorsey. He has a rap sheet which dates back to 1984and has been charge 59 times. He record includes a felony conviction with a deadly weapon and various misdemeanors for second degree thefts and destruction of property.

As I said before the local media refused to put out a description of this man.  What was interesting was that he was named as a persons of interest and subsequently his picture was flashed on the television along with another individual. After looking the picture and viewing the security tape footage I had a feeling that the monster shown here was the one.

We are innocent until proven guilty, right? However DC police say they got their man.
